Running in the Rockies with Claude Diamond

Nothing better than a 15 miles easy run on a sunny 55 degree day.
Look for the picture of me holding the small peas. These are really Juniper berries, used to make Gin (hic). Along the way I still found a bunch of snow at 9000 feet in May. As you can see the mountains in the background still have tons of snow cover which will usually last until early July.
Mountain running with it adventurous terrain and wildlife sure beats the pavement. Normally I encounter moose and deer; no bears or cougars please; although they are out there.
